The Insulin Northern Lights® MBeads Assay: Highly Specific Insulin Measurements from Minimal Sample Volumes
The Insulin Northern Lights® MBeads Assay (10-1371-01) is a high-throughput tool designed for highly specific insulin measurement from minimal sample volumes. It is optimized for detecting insulin in conditioned media, cell lysates, and homogenates from perifusion experiments and other in vitro cultures derived from human cells, delivering exceptional specificity and efficiency in insulin analysis.
The Insulin Northern Lights® MBeads Assay offers high accuracy by specifically measuring human insulin while minimizing cross-reactivity with other similar cross-reactants. This assay requires only 10 µl of sample per well, reducing the need for unnecessary dilutions – ideal for volume-limited experiments.
